Product Reviews

  1. Looks Great, You need to research 'Dry Hits' before buying.

Posted by Unknown on 17th Aug 2014

I have 7 years of experience vaping, without going into detail, I have used the majority of devices and accessories that have been around during those times. I have never had an atomizer or tank that is so terribly inconsistent and dry....

The local vape shops, youtube and the general places you find reviews on the interwebs all hail this tank as the new sheriff in town. Unfortunately, this is either a complete fabrication or I have a defective unit.

I used my favorite juice, one that performs well on a 0.01ohm Tobh build. For my first 30 minutes using this tank the flavor was odd. I let it sit with my 80/20 pg/vg blend juice. I tried priming it a few times. I was able to get 2 or 3 pulls that tasted somewhat like my juice. I adjusted the airflow and it just got worse. I began getting dry hit after dry hit. Despite my better judgement I started trying it out on different setups.

Several times when I thought it was getting better I tried a lung hit. Three times my convulsing esophagus sent a DEFCON 1 message down my spine; IT BURNS!!! WATER! WHERE'S THE WATER! As I scrambled to find my bottle that third time I realized I have a major issue here. In all of my years I have never paid so much for a tank and didn't have it AT LEAST work when new. I have given it a chance. I changed the airflow, wattage, juice. I changed the angle all over, even laid on my back. I've taken a look over all of the parts. Tried it on different mods, mechanical and variable voltage. Tried new batteries and priming. Literally everything I have learned through 7 years of vaping, and I am just awestruck.

Perhaps the most amazing thing is that I am now developing a gurgling issue. Hot juice straight to the tongue. Nothing quite like boiling ejuice cauterizing your tongue while burnt, flavorless air annihilates your lungs. How is it even possible that it's this bad? I must have a defective one.

My unfortunate conclusion: This is the worst vaping accessory I have ever owned. Period. Even a cheap no brand tank from fasttech will give me some flavor... Every time I use this Nautilus tank I find myself worrying where my phone is at, just in case vapor burns a gaping hole straight through to my spine.

After my short-lived experience with this unit I decided to google 'Nautilus Dry hits,' and I found out I am not the only one. There appears to be a significant number of people that have similar issues. My only wish was that all of these so-called reviewers would have done some more of their own research before giving this thing a passing grade. You may have a working one, but the number of complaints just do not line up with some of these assessments.

After all we are talking about inhaling liquified chemicals. Who knows what kind of filth I am inhaling when taking burnt, dry hit from this.

  2. The best clearomizer so far.

Posted by Ryan Mina on 1st Jul 2014

The aspire is easy to fill and holds up to 5 mils of eliquid. The biggest problem with clearomizers in the past have been leaking or flooding issues. The aspire thus far has never leaked and only flooded on me once or twice but it was probably my fault anyway. I love the airflow options. Flavor is also the best compared to others. The look IMO is the best looking clearomizer thus far as well. It's 23mm in diameter so it should fit flush on most mech mods.

  3. Dry

Not sure if I just got some bad coils but this thing does nothing but give me dry hits all day long.

  4. Its like being a robot and getting an oil bath.

Very good vaopr production and flavor. I was very impressed. Worth every penny. I just watched Alf s02e05.

  6. Not bad

Posted by R. Collins on 11th Mar 2014

First of all I just wanna say Eciggity has all the coolest stuff and has great shipping. After seeing all the great reviews on this tank I figured I'd give it a try thinking it would blow me away...well I wouldnt say I was but it is very good tank but I wouldnt say they are any better than my protank 2s with the areo bases on them. I can rebuild them and has just as good flavor... I'm glad I bought one but dont feel the need to buy any more...think I will save my money and buy some kayfun and taifun clones

  7. awesome product

  9. Everything you've heard is true

I was reluctant because of the price. It's worth every penny. I haven't put this down and have ordered 2 more. Jusr the cleanest taste out there.

  10. The Beast-----> Nautilus

Posted by colt on 27th Jan 2014

i have 23 tanks systems from the Kay fun lite to the Vivi nova mini. and now this Beast. this is the best bottom coil tank i have. great flavor and tons of vape. i have only had it to gurgle 1 time and i saw that the top cap was loose. i have 16 mods and have only tried it on 3 of them. works great. Today i took it on an all day trip to work with me. i drive a truck and go about 400 miles a day, i used the 1st mech. Mod i bought. the Smok Tech magneto. Vaped great all day, no prob. this is a winner in my book. liked it so much i ordered a 2cnd one.

  11. very disappointed.

Posted by David L Parsels on 25th Jan 2014

I expected a great vape from this tank, according to reviews and youtube reviews. What I didn't expect was flooding, gurgaling and juice in my mouth with each draw. I have adjusted air flow, cleaned and refilled tank, but have not achieved a trouble free great vape.

  12. Love this tank!!!

Posted by Adrian Sabo on 15th Jan 2014

So this tank finally arrived to me last week, and I've been able to get some serious vaping time in with it. I would love to give it 5 stars, but it's extremely rare that a product gets a perfect review from me, so consider my rating to be about a 4.4/5. It does have some cons, but all in all I'm really digging what has been brought to the table. Aesthetically speaking, it looks beautiful. It holds a ton of juice. The top of the pyrex tank is not covered by the top cap, so if it falls from a decent distance, there is not much protection and the tank will break (I know from experience). The adjustable airflow is pretty sweet. The best system of the group of new airflow offerings right now. Each setting clicks into place and will not change while in your pocket which is nice. Taste is really clean and it produces tons of vapor. The big bummer is that I can't use any of my old aspire coils. The price is rather steep for the tank and for each new coil as well compared to other options, but I suppose price is a rather objective point of concern. All in all I highly suggest giving it a try. It's a beast!!!
