1x Kayfun 3.1 clone

Excellent vape but finnicky/fiddly

Unfortunately, I bought this version rather than one of the newer versions (why is this one still for sale if the others are better). That said, I'm very glad to have tried out a KLF-style atty and will be buying a better version later.
- Excellent flavor
- Excellent vapor production
- Very easy to build (but see cons)
- Feels very high quality, no defects
- Very tight draw; airflow control is from "none" to "very little"
- Bottom-fill tank is irritating
- Leaks and gurgles if you don't build or fill just right
- Very heavy
Again, great piece of equipment but I'd recommend looking at one of the new versions.

I ordered mine and it arrived promptly. It arrived with no airflow screw however eciggity was prompt on sending me some (awesome customer service). Been using it solis for a week now and i seem to go to it more often than the authentic 3.1 I have, it just seems less finnicky. Rock solid vapor and flavor.
Kayfun is WAYFUN

So this is my first RBA atty, and I'm in love. My friends told me it would be hard for a noob like myself to build this, but it's really not too bad! And the handy tool they provided is really helpful! I used an eGo w/vivi nova tank prior to this...with my copper nemmy, I get decent sized clouds, great taste, and I don't worry about having to bring a bottle of juice to school (It gets me through 4-6 hours of pretty frequent vaping). The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 (which should really be 4.75 not 4), is because it is a bit of a pain to fill. The side hole is eh and there is no bottom hole like the Kayfun Lite. However, if you fill from the top, and gently press together as you turn it upside down (to make sure the air goes to the bottom as to not flood the tank), it's not TOO bad. You are going to have a bit of dripping as you are twisting the top on while it's on it's head, but just have a paper towel. Not a BIG mess, just a little one...

Hard to tell apart from the real one, machining is very good, you need a magnifying glass to tell the difference, works just like the real one, depending always on your build which of course apply to the original too. Mine came clean, no oils or metal debris, no scratches

Don't know if I got a bad one or not, but , filling this thing from the side hole is a disaster. Juice all over. If u do not do it exactly right from the top,it leaks, and gurgles. I have 4 kayfun lite pluses, and filling from the bottom is a breeze. 2 are clones, and one from Germany. They all work great, so the clone thing I don't think it much matters either way. It will also leak after its been working good out the air hole.. Maybe ijust got a POS!! I don't know, but u cant blame these guys, they don't make em, just sell em.Thats not bad odds to get one crappy one and 5 others that are awesome. Me, im gonna stick with the lite pluses.

First off, this does not work on the Vamo 5 at all. I have the Vamo 5 and love it, but this works absolutely awesome on the Sigelei Legend. And the Coconut Aloha eJuice, oh my gosh does this thing vape crazy good! I use Kanthal Ribbon and Cotton Ball for my coil which is 1.0 Ohm and I my mod is set at 3.7-3.9 Volts. It gives off a cool vape, moist, Coconut Cotton Candy taste. You get a better a better vape cloud depending on your coil, but I like it just where I have it. Not airy at all the way I have it set up. No gurgle, no metal taste, just a clean superb vape all the time. Highly recommend. Love it over my RSST and Fogger V2.

No complaints with this thing, what-so-ever!
I'm using it with a 2.4 mm diameter 28 awg kanthal wire micro-coil with 10 wraps, giving me 1.7 ohms, and with cotton as the wick. It produces tons of vapor and the flavor is truly awesome. I've had zero leaks or flooding, and zero dry hits. It hits perfect no matter how hard I hit it or how light. I've tried several different juices with various mixtures of VG & PG and no matter how thick or thin the juice, this thing vapes it great, with no dry hits. This tank just keeps the cotton wick perfectly saturated, but doesn't flood out.
I fill it by putting my finger over the air hole & screw, take off the top cap, fill with juice, barely start the threads on the top cap, then turn it upsidedown, and then tighten down the top cap. This works better for me than trying to fill through the fill port on the bottom.
Given this 1/3 rd the price of the Kayfun 3.1, I couldn't be happier with it's performance! To date, this is the best vape device I've owned, I'd highly recommend it.
satisfied customer !

This tank is easy to build and disassemble. Not a lot of vape, however the flavor and air flow adjustment makes up for that. Over all great tank for the price and again easy to build.

Ok so I have a Russian %91 and I think we can all agree that it is an awesome 1:1 of thew KAYFUN Lite plus. I have people asking me all the time how did I get it and how much are they or when is a group buy available again etc. So, I have been doing my research on EHPRo and Tobeco's versions of these products and all the signs pointed to this version, fir and finish are excellent. My build deck is almost identical to my russian say for a few slight differences that a 3.1 version would have. I can confirm that all the parts from a Kayfun original or a russian are %100 interchangeable with this version. It is less than half the price of the real deal clone and 1/3 of the real deal, why would you not buy one? DO yourself a favor, get one while they have them, and get it here cause they have the best prices and eciggity has really great service. They answered back my questions instantly (almost) and have fast shipping as well. I will gladly buy products from here again in heartbeat. I am a vendor in the Industry personally(can't say which sry) and I know good products and poor products and I do not believe Eciggity sells ANY poor products. Anyways, great RTA, awesome pricing, now I want to review the lite plus version when they get it, Eciggity please contact me via my email address as I would love to check that out if you can get me one. I will happily send you my professional vendor email if needed. Thanks again for the great stuff guys!

I don't have a real Kayfun to compare, but...
- Consistent clouds of luscious, flavorful vapor (1.5ohm microcoil of 28g Kanthal w/cotton ball wick)
- Draw seems fine to me, and the air flow control seems to work well. It's not as airy as my Gennies, but I wouldn't consider it to be tight. BTW, the air flow screw on mine is flush with the outside.
- Machining is really nice, especially on the build deck.
- This does fit SOME aftermarket drip tips without the included adapter. For instance, the ming-style from my RSST and a few acrylics fit, but others do not. YMMV.
- Filling through the top cap is challenging... its tricky to "catch" the first thread on the top cap without crossthreading it.
- Overall, the threads are a bit tight, especially the top cap, but are getting better with some use.
- I'm getting a little leaking through the fill port screw, even though it is tight.
- Pos/Neg screws on the deck are TINY!
Overall, this is a really nice unit that produces a great vape.

It took a couple tries to get the wick right but once i got it it hits like a champ! The draws a little tight but other than that its a great tank.

Not much to add from the above review. It vapes great draw is a little tight for me will try to drill out the post. Did you go all the way through or just widen the one hole? My only nit picks are that drip tip adapter is not threaded like the original and none of mine fit without the adapter. Second my clear tank the threads were to short to screw on one side, eciggity is sending me a new one so that one will be fixed. So far the first tank is rocking and give it 4 thumbs up.

Received my Kayfun clone in a great presentation box with extra orings, metal tank section and plastic tank section, along with a micro screwdriver. Threading is good, not great, but everything goes together without trouble. The metal tank is great, plastic however is pretty bad; it's so cloudy that you can't see the juice level. No worries though, you'll know when you're in need of a refill as flavor will drop off. My only real gripe with the unit is the draw. It's extremely tight, and in stock form the adjustment screw does not alleviate this. I ended updismantling the unit and found a tiny air hole in the center screw. I drilled the hike out to 1/16" and problem solved. Now it hits just like my Russian, and my Kayfun lite. The adjustment for airflow also works great now. It wicks great, even with an airy draw like I prefer. The fill port works good;top filling method does not as the top cap fits so snuggly around the chimney you can't get it on and off easily so the port is quicker and easier. All in all a great atty. A few negative aspects, but for half the cost of the originals, well worth it for me.
