Due to the FDA Regulation, we have updated our checkout process to require age verification for US customers. We use Veratad to verify that the customers are of legal age to purchase our products.
This process is automated and will use your Name, Address, and also (if entered) your Date of Birth to confirm your age. Most of our customers should be automatically verified. This process only needs to be done once. If you cannot verify your age during checkout you must manually verify your age.
For Manual Verification you will need to provide the following information to Support@Eciggity.com:
- Valid Government Issued Photo ID (Name On ID Must Match Name On Shipping Address)
If you don't want to provide a picture ID, please checkout with the USPS (Priority Mail) w/ Adult Signature (Must be 21+ Years Old) Shipping Option.
This method will cost $2.00 more compared to regular USPS Priority Shipping.
Please keep in mind that a valid ID showing that you are at least 21 years of age must be shown to the postman upon delivery and the name on your ID must match the name on the shipping label.
